1) If I am located outside of your delivery zone, will you deliver for a fee?
We can accommodate delivery outside of our designated zone for a fee. Please email for a quote.

2) How much is required for a deposit upon ordering?
100% of the order total is required to process your order.

3) What is your return policy?
Please be certain of your selection. Your order is placed specially for you and cannot be canceled or returned.

4) How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Every delivery is special so, we try and deliver the product to you within 2 days.

5) Do you remove existing furniture?
We do not remove an existing or old furniture.

6) Can I place an order over the phone?
You can shop by phone with a Sales Associate by calling (323) 670-0613 between the hours of 9am and 6 pm Monday to Friday. You can also place your order online.

7) Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged based on your delivery address.

8) When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase

9) Do I need to take measurements prior to placing an order?
We highly recommend taking measurements prior to purchasing. We ask that you measure the area in your home where the furniture will be placed, You can also find the dimensions of our products on our website.

10) Do you sell gift cards online?
At this time we do not offer any gift cards.

11) What services or discounts you offer for business or interior designers?
Visit one of our showrooms, and one of our showroom managers will be able to assist you in making your purchase.

12) Can I buy online and pick up at the store/warehouse?
You can buy online and choose to have your items deliverd to your home in socal region, or you can pick them up from one of our warehouses in Rancho Dominguez,CA  A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of pickup.

13) What do I do if an item in my cart is not available?
Please try back in a few days as we are always receiving new stock.

14) How do I cancel my order?
Please email with your order number and reason for your cancellation.

15) Can I get a discount on a large orders?
Please email and share your requirements.

16) Do you accept wire transfers as a form of payment?
We do not accept wire transfers. We currently accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)

17) What if the price changes after my purchase?
We will honor sale prices for up to 7 days after purchase.

18) Do you accept COD ( Cash on delivery)?
We do not accept COD. All furniture must be paid for prior to delivery.
